HR Business Partner to Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions

Toyota Material Handling Europe is one of the world´s largest suppliers of material handling solutions, both within forklifts and related products and services. The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) which is a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling is located at Frihamnen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions in automation solutions and has 150 employees. Toyota Material Handling Europe has more than 12.000 employees in 21 sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy and France.

Your role

As HR Business Partner at Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions your responsibility is to drive and secure top quality and efficiency of all Human Resources fields. Our current HR team consists of HR Manager and HR Business Partner and along with you our main focus is to provide best possible HR-support to enable organizational sustainability and development towards the future. As a complement to our team, we would like to think that you are passionate about Employer Branding, Culture & Values and Sustainability and willing to take the lead of these areas going forward.

Main responsibility areas

• Provide strategic and operational HR Business support to assigned areas of responsibility
• Negotiate with trade unions
• Ensure that all relevant HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines are implemented and followed
• Implement Employer Branding strategies and be member of Employer Branding network
• Source, identify and recruit key talents to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements
• Secure resource planning in line with organizational
• Implement sustainability work influenced by global framework
• Drive Culture and Value related fields
• Follow up on HR Key Indicators such as staff attrition, leave of absence etc.
• Ensure compliance with local law and employee rights as well with the company´s code of conduct

Your profile

• University degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably from an international organization
• Great ability to work and manage cross functional interfaces
• You have a self-going attitude
• You have a coaching mind-set with ability to support leaders at all levels
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and spoken English and fluent in Swedish
