The position
We are growing and are now expanding our HR department in Sweden to be able to continue supporting the organization. We are looking for a driven HR Business Partner with focus on compensation and recruitment.

In your day-to-day work, you will support, challenge and coach managers in the recruitment process. You will work with the entire process, including startup meeting with hiring manager, advertising, search through LinkedIn, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, contract preparation, etc.
You will also be fully responsible for salary compensation queries including those relating to pensions.
You will work with payroll, monthly and annual accounting as well as financial reporting. We handle the full payroll management for the Swedish payroll with Kontek as payroll tool.

You will also be a part of overall leadership and organizational development and change activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree
• Experience in qualified recruitment work
• Experience in payroll and pension related queries
• Spoken as well as written English
• Experience in working in an international environment is considered as an asset

The position requires the ability to work independently with a supportive and structured approach. You have a flexible mindset, coupled with leadership skills and drive. Furthermore, you have high integrity, great communication skills, and you are curious as well as comfortable in challenging others. To fit into the organization, you need to be customer-focused and have a humble attitude.

The employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona.
