HR Business Partner

Arbetsbeskrivning

This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.

At Lynk & Co, we know that everything’s better when we move forward together. We’re working towards achieving equal gender representation at all levels of the company, as well as building a diverse team where everyone is respected, empowered, and celebrated. We’re not the kind of company we want to be yet, that’s why we’re looking for people that will challenge us and hold us accountable.
In short, no matter who you are or where you come from: if you’re good at what you do, then we want you.

HR Business Partner
Are you a passionate people-person who loves the challenge to find a new way to HR; being solutions-oriented, pragmatic and innovative? Do you enjoy an environment where things are not 100% settled, but where you rather are a vital part of defining how to work now and in the future?

We are a great team of HR-professionals longing to say welcome to a new colleague. During the last year we have established ourselves and started operations in seven countries in Europe, and are still growing, so you can imagine that there’s loads to be done. That’s the fun part of this, that is, if you like to get your hands dirty and make things happen. You would be able to shape how we drive the people topics at Lynk & Co across Europe.

In this role you will focus on supporting our Communication/Marketing function on a European level, but also take up responsibility for one of our HR areas of expertise.

You will be based in Amsterdam or Gothenburg, and work together with a team of dedicated HR people who are based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona. Our work culture is very collaborative and supportive, so you will not be on your own!

You will report to the Head of Human Resources based in Amsterdam.

What you'll do

- Be the HR Business Partner for Communication/Marketing
- Take up responsibility for one of our HR areas of expertise. Which one depends on your background, experience and of course interest.
- Function as a consultant, advisor, change manager, and confidante to key leaders and their respective organizations; participate in strategic planning sessions to translate business needs into workforce plans
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling
- Drive organizational change, improve processes, and implement new policies in cooperation with the HR Business Partner Team

What you should have

- Relevant HR Business Partner (or very similar) experience, preferably within a high-growth environment where you had to overcome complex issues and tasks
- Experience of supporting a Marketing/Communications function
- You are curious, a life-long learner and critical thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- You have experience in coaching senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills, a good business sense and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment.

What we offer

Sure, we have all the basics in place like pension and insurances, wellness allowance, and flexibility in where and when you work. But that's not the reason you choose us… You want to work with us because you will:

- Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 26 countries and an equal gender split
- Be part of a fun work culture with high team spirit. People really enjoy their teams and get along well with their teammates.
- Be part of creating something new that has never been done before. The pace is fast and it is never boring!
- Get the best of both worlds: a start-up atmosphere with the support of an established organization
- Make a difference. We're a lean team with a flat hierarchy, so every contribution has a direct impact

Working for Lynk & Co

We're not into strict hierarchy, but we do like collaboration, creativity, and people who challenge norms. We've cultivated a culture of personal development and role growth. If you're an original thinker who values being open, personal, and challenging, then you'll fit right in. In general, we think that imagination is just as important as expertise, and instinct can be as valuable as experience.

Sounds good? Well, then we want to hear from you.
