About the role

We are an organization that is value-based and see the greatness in aligning agendas towards common goals. You will support leaders to engage with their employees around the values, strategies, and objectives of the business. This ensures that all our employees are clear on their contribution to the business objectives, making them want to deliver and having fun doing it.

You will work with both Shared Services and Centers of Excellence in Mölndal and Helsinki, as well as HR colleagues in five countries.

You will work a lot as a change ambassador. You will be asked to facilitate change management initiatives and partner with our leaders to effectively communicate values, strategies, goals, and performance expectations in our ever-continuous changes. We believe you have confidence enough to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular.

You will have responsibility for HR policy execution, but also a far going possibility to impact the development of the same. Your area of responsibility will also include operational support tasks such as Compensation, Recruiting, Learning and Development and day-to-day administrative tasks such as employee data and requests. You will be involved in the whole life cycle of employment from recruitment and onboarding process for new employees to the exit process for leavers, and all in-between.

Your profile

We believe you have an academic degree in HR or equivalent. You have between three to five years of knowledge and experience of business-close HR and its impact. It is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish labour law.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you believe in the necessity of the HR function in a successful and value-based organization and a focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of your own and other’s strengths. As a person, you have an ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with leaders and with HR colleagues and self-belief in your personal ability to make a difference to the everyday work as well as strategy. You are prestigeless, solution-oriented and adapt easily to new conditions and do not give up even if it is sometimes tough. You are used to an independent way of working and enjoy being a support for managers and employees as well as working together in the team. Good communication and collaboration skills are crucial to succeed and thrive in the role. Our values: Stay curious, Strive for excellence and Grow together is something you are naturally attracted to.

We would love to see you in our team replacing one of our HR Business partners who is moving towards new challenges outside of Paulig after many years in the company. If you decide that you will come along the journey with us, we can promise you that you will be part of a successful, strong, 7 persons HR function. We support all functions in the different legal companies within the Paulig Group, Sweden and your will specifically support managers within the area of Retail Sales.
