Kvalifikationer
You have a degree within Human Resource Management
You have 10-15 years’ experience of working as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager
You have worked with general HR with a deep dive in people data and people analytics from a global tech organisation
You have proven experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions
You have experience from supporting organizations through change and working with senior stake holders
You are communicative and have a strong belief in the individual´s potential and their ability to grow and develop
You have change management skills and experience of identifying and managing need for business change in a fast-paced environment
You have experience of coaching a vision and value driven leadership and ability to build trustful relations
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to our global customer within the fashion industry! For this position, you are used to drive all kinds of HR work and you need to have experience from global tech organizations who have worked closely with senior global stake holders. Your duties will vary but (among other things) include: driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level, workforce planning and location strategy work, taking part in and leading different HR projects according to HR goals and our HR processes and influence and motivate our business leaders to continuously develop a value and vision driven leadership according to the companys leadership expectations.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 26-sep-2022 and run until 31-mar-2023, with great chance of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in the central parts of Stockholm.
