for our Business Unit High Speed Separators (BU HSS)
Alfa Laval Tumba? is looking for a HR Business Partner for Alfa Laval’s High-Speed Separators within the Food & Water division. Gustav de Laval invented the milk separator in 1878 and this invention laid the foundation for what Alfa Laval is today, a leading global supplier of innovative engineered solutions.
We are active in a very wide range of food and life science application and our equipment is a centerpiece in our customers production process helping them to produce safe, cost-efficient foods and medicines in a sustainable manner. We have exciting market initiatives and several innovative new product launches coming.

The Organization is a global organization and covers the complete value chain from Sales and Service, Research and Development, Product management, Marketing, Supply chains both manufacturing units and engineers unites. In Sweden we have our main Site, “Southern Stockholm” and additional major footprints in India, China, and Poland.

About the job
The main purpose of this position is to support & inspire by proactively driving organizational, leadership and competence development to stay competitive and attractive on the people side. You will guide and work together with the business partners located on our production units in Eskilstuna, Krakow, Pune and Kunshan.
Key tasks:
* Part of Business unit management team & Product Group management team (global management team for our supply chain), contribute towards the strategic and commercial objectives
* Plan and drive the people & culture plan aligned with the business strategy as well as group people strategy.
* Guide and align the people and culture plans for factories with responsible HR Business Partners.
* Ensure implementation of relevant Alfa Laval HR processes, tools, and analytics.
* Coaching of managers
* Project drive and participation based on specific programs
* Collaborate with HR colleges in HR Service centers and Centre of excellence globally
* BC and WC environment
What you know
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and have a solid knowledge within HR. You have experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner in international organizations and have gained a strong business understanding from supporting commercial management teams, R&D departments, and factories where you have gained experience within labour law and union relations. You consider yourself to be a strong team player empowering and enabling your organization in achieving results via coaching. You are an HR advisor, that projects confidence and trust in your cooperatives at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication, even in English are part of your skills.
