The position

Cambio is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Success team in Stockholm. As HR BP you will be responsible for leading, implementing and delivering operational and strategic HR initiatives.

One of those initiatives is working with Cambio’s culture. We’re currently in the process of reviewing and restarting the culture work within Cambio, and as HR BP you will own and drive the cultural agenda going forward. Since Culture is closely tied to our Work Environment, you will also be responsible for our Swedish Work Environment from a strategic and operational perspective.

Part from owning and driving one of our strategic initiatives, you are also supporting our managers in operational issues, such as organizational changes, employee relations, compensation and development/performance issues.

As HR BP (or People Success Partner, as we call it at Cambio), you will be part of our People Success Team, reporting to our Chief People Success Officer, who is also based in Stockholm. Cambio’s office is located in newly renovated facilities on Drottninggatan, close to Rådmansgatan’s subway station.

As a team, we work closely together, even though we have clear areas of responsibility. We meet digitally on a daily basis, to share information, check in on each other and sometimes just to have a laugh together.

About you

Requirements 

- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or as a HR Manager role in a smaller company
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives, such as leadership development, culture, diversity and inclusion etc
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and Swedish labor laws
- Solid experience of handling complex employee relations issues
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Fluent in English and Swedish both verbal and written

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
