HR Business Partner

We are expanding the HR team in Avesta, we are now looking for a driven HR Business Partner to join us.
​In this role, you are a strategic partner for the global success of our employees. You work closely with the different Management Teams in Avesta and as a part of the Swedish HRBP Team. You are a trusted partner to managers in executive as well as strategic tasks. This includes organizational and leadership development, workforce planning, and collaboration with unions. You will also be the role model and lead the implementation of our Ways of Working.


Main responsibilities:
Act as a partner and advisor for the business
Cooperate with the Senior HRBP to support the site managers
Work with and develop Outokumpu’s HR processes, locally and globally
Facilitate the whole HR lifecycle – from recruitment to off-boarding
Manage union relations


Who are you?
Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioural sciences or equivalent
2-3 years of work experience in related fields/roles
Openminded to International projects/assignments and willing to travel
We wish that you have a hands-on attitude and enjoy taking initiative when opportunities arise
We believe that you are an outstanding communicator with high integrity and a pragmatic attitude
You have a creative mindset and can easily get an overview in developing processes and ways of working
You are eager to learn, develop cross-functional skills, and work in fields that are new to you
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
