Etraveli Group is a leading global platform for flights, an air technology company connecting millions of flights and travelers across the globe. At the Group's headquarter in Uppsala we are strengthening the HR department. As we are awaiting potential acquisition by Booking Holdings (parent company of Booking.com), we have a very exciting expansion ahead of us.
The role
We offer you a position where you will hold a business crucial role in providing operational HR support and services to our teams in Sweden in general, and Etraveli Technology specifically (our tech-hub in Gothenburg) as well as our Commercial Development team.
Act as single point of contact for our tech organization and provide HR advice on a range of topics that arise in our day to day work.
Step in and actively take part in tech recruitment as this is a central central part in developing and growing the business.
Collaborate with managers to resolve business challenges, with a main focus on business growth.
Work with the HR organization and managers to attract and retain the required capabilities and skills for the team.
Execute on people processes: Performance Management, Rewards & Compensations, Talent retention, Onboarding and Offboarding.
The team
You will work closely together with a growing HR-team consisting of HR BP:s as well as recruitment specialists in Sweden. As part of the Swedish organization you will have awesome colleagues (yes, this is confirmed by others) and of course you will also have close collaboration with our highly competent HR teams around the globe.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of delivering HR services and recruitment support, ideally in an international setting.
Passion for broad HR issues - a generalist at heart.
Strong understanding what comes with strong business growth and the ability to step in where required.
Experience of supporting HR change management programs to support business transformation.
Excellent Swedish and English verbal, written and presentation skills.
Organized, communicative and a "can do"-attitude when things potentially get a bit tough.
