We have full focus on implementing our new People Strategy and we are now looking for a business-driven HR Business Partner to make an impact together with the rest of our amazing team. This is a challenge for the true generalist in the HR field, spanning from local to global covering almost all aspects of HR, where you will contribute within your own areas of expertise.

We offer you You will work close to business, being a part of one or more management teams at our headquarters and distribution central. You will participate in our Global HR meetings, driving your areas of expertise with strategic responsibility for health and work environment. You will work with several collective agreements, both white and blue collar.

You will work strategically and operatively within the whole field of HR, for example support to managers, employment law, competence management, rehabilitation, and recruitment. You will develop strategies, policies and digital processes and tools.

You will be a part of the HR and Communication and will report to the HR & Comp&Ben Manager. We offer a hybrid workplace with a strong sense of belonging and the right to be yourself.

Your profile You have a relevant academic degree within HR or similar, and at least five years of experience from similar roles. You have experience of working with a consultative approach towards managers and you are used to contributing to management teams. You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and it is meritorious if you have been working in an international context. Experience from HR systems is vital, and you are a keen and updated IT-user. You have an "outside-in" perspective and you know how to take a strategy from idea to fully implemented routine, both locally and globally.

You are skilled within employment law (primarily Sweden) and work environment (preferably global experience and very skilled in Swedish laws and regulations). You have experience as a leader and/or been a member of a management team.
