HR Business Partner

In this role you will support and develop all managers in your area of responsibility to enable them, in accordance with business objectives, on how to best recruit, retain and develop their employees to achieve high performance in adherence with corporate policies, guidelines and local legislation. Responsibilities will include: Manage the following organisation processes and coach / support people managers to implement them in line with our policies: Staffing (entry, exit).Talent and development process (Organisation and people reviews, development plans according to desired competencies). Compensation and benefits reviews (annual salary review, benchmarking, bonus process...). Performance management (objective setting, assessment and calibration of ratings). Work environment (psycho- social dealings/ issues, employee survey). Knowhow in labour law and legislation. Organisation reviews to match organisation design to business needs You are responsible for following up developing and proposing improvements within responsible function. Ensure understanding of business performance within responsible function and be compliant with corporate guidelines, policies and local legislation.

You have a relevant University degree (BS) with HR or Business major preferable or any other relevant education obtaining equivalent competency. You must have a substantial experience as an HR generalist preferably from an International environment with matrix structure. Preferable have experience from working with global HR processes and have proven hands-on experience from organization changes, conducting salary reviews. You are a team player, able to influence and work in a functional team as well as a matrix organization. You are an open minded individual that is used to working in global teams and can act as both driver and catalyst. You are a good communicator, able to build networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives through strong thought leadership. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the natural ability to motivate and positively influence others. * You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. You are analytical and can see the big picture. You are a self-starter, result-driven and have the ability to structure work and manage multiple requests while maintaining timelines.
