Your Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the Power Transformers business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
Partner with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters and performance management.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with HR colleagues across different business units to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
