HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for an HR Business Partner! In the role you will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. You will be the point of people expertise for dedicated business areas, and work closely and collaboratively with the department managers.

Your responsibilities will for example be:
- Provide guidance on people practices such as building successful teams, development, reorganizations, and succession planning.
- Responsible for Talent Reviews, Merit Reviews and more.
- Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy.
- Influencing and building relationships with people around the business.
- Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches.
- Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues.
- Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.

Qualifications
- You have a university education in HR or equivalent.
- You have several years of experience working as an HR Business Partner.
- You have good knowledge of Swedish labor legislation.
- You have experience of working in a fast-paced global environment.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2023-12-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-31 with possibility of extension.
