Vattenfall and the team Business HR Partnering is now looking for a local Swedish HR Business Partner with knowledge and experience of all parts of the HR processes. Our businesses are constantly growing and developing; therefore, we offer you a position in a dynamic environment with a loads of opportunities.
As our next HR Business Partner, your role will involve supporting managers in various Staff Functions (with a specific focus on Staff Function IT), enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of HR practices, with a particular emphasis on Sweden. Your contributions in shaping our organizational culture and structure to meet both current and future challenges effectively. In addition to advising managers, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret HR data, provide support during negotiations, and address health-related matters. You will be a part of and collaborate with an experienced team of 11 HR BP colleagues divided in Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands.
Your main responsibilities as HR Business Partner
Partner closely with a designated Staff Function (SF) to develop and execute a strategic HR agenda.
Operate as an advisor and coach to senior management and provide strategic HR management advice.
Support in topics connected to organizational development and change management.
Close cooperation with HRBP´s and Managers for our different Staff Functions and support in all HRBP related topics within the Swedish scope.
Secure that the HR policies and instructions of Vattenfall in Sweden as well as legal HR procedures are followed.
Contacts and negotiations with Unions in cooperation with Staff Function HR Industrial Relations.
Qualifications
Must have:
Academic degree within human resources, business related filed or equivalent HR working experience.
Thorough experience from the main HR processes and from the areas relevant to the position.
Experience from working with collective labor agreements, regulations, etc. in the Swedish scope.
Experience from business organizations, organizational development and/or change processes.
Great communication in English & Swedish, you feel comfortable both verbally and in written.
Experience from working in an international surrounding.
Great to have:
Office 365, Good skills in Excel, SAP KIS experience.

Location
Location for the position is Stockholm, Solna. The position requires some international travelling (approximately 1-2 per quarter).
