Overview
The HR Manager / HR Business Partner support the delivery of the HR strategy for business unit Global Hygiene Category (GHC). GHC has global responsibility for customer and consumer brands and innovation in the hygiene area.
The role works in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable GHC to effectively deliver their people plans. The role provides HR services that deliver best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with other HR Specialist functions. You will be responsible for around 330 SCA employees and have direct contact with around 30-40 Managers. You will be part of a Nordic HR organization and have many international contacts. You will be reporting to HR Director Nordic and Baltics.
Location is in Mölndal/Gothenburg.
Main Tasks
Work as HRBP to assigned local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, organizational and people development and change management
Initiates recruitment process with Hiring Manager and support in interviews and employee life cycle
Supports the development and delivery of GHC business unit related topics in the development activities, small organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues
Support Line Managers with the use of HR processes and tools to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management, development of teams etc.
Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad and local range of HR policies programs and practices
Advise on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that SCA is compliant. Responsible for Union negotiations
Responsible for employee onboarding program, process, activities and follow up
Run rehabilitation in the area of responsibility
Key Competencies
Bachelor or Master’s Degree within the HR area
8-10 years of experience working as HR Business Partner
Fluent in both English and Swedish
It is meritorious to have experience working for a large international company and with Line Managers located abroad
Even though you will work in a process-driven environment, it is important that you are independent and able to make decisions on your own. Furthermore, it is important that you hold a passion for hands-on operative HR work. Experience from union negotiations and complex recruitments are necessary.
