HR Resource Business Partner

 

YOUR TASKS

As our Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will contribute strategically and operationally to the business.The HRBP works by consulting management on human resource-related issues. As our HRBP, you have the overall responsibility for all HR activities in the HR Employee Experience cycle (from attracting, recruiting, onboarding, developing to exit) in your business area  The HR team has specialist functions for Compensation & Benefits and Payroll why this is not included in the HRBP role. You will provide functional leadership and HR expertise in all HR matters to our leaders and employees. In adition you will work with HR trends and metrics and develop our processes.

 

YOUR PROFILE

Required qulifications for the position are:


• BS degree in Human resources or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Language skills: Swedish mother tongue and fluent in English

We are looking for someone with a strong drive with a proactive attitude. You have excellent communication skills, you are service minded and have the ability to build relations. In your work you are pragmatic, effective and structured.

In this role at BSH Home Appliances AB you will join a Nordic team in an international business environment supporting Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltics. You will work in a matrix organization consulting colleagues across the business and be the touchpoint for managers across the business.
