HR Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner responsible for one part of our Research & Development department to join our Human Resources team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of managers in HR-related areas in order to meet both internal and external demands, according to labour legislation, policies and processes. Areas to be considered are: staffing, working conditions, working environment, salary review, union relations etc. Conducting business on behalf of Axis should always be done in an ethical manner according to our Core Values.

Furthermore, you will promote and nurture a positive and open working environment that supports the values and provide the tools and framework that encourage open and effective employee communications across the territory. Your role will be to challenge, coach and mentor respective business leaders on business and people issues to ensure that they perform more as an overall business. You will act as a changemaker.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an outgoing and organized person with a strong will to succeed. We believe you are a true team player, service minded and friendly. You are able to build relationships at all levels and have the ability to influence across key stakeholders. We believe you have strategic way of thinking as well as the ability to drive operational excellence.

In addition to above we believe that you have:

* 5+ years' experience from HR management in a fast growing company, preferably in an international environment
* University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
* Hands on experience from all areas of HR work; recruitment, competence development and exits as well as from establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
