HR Business Partner - Lead of HR - People & Culture

As the HR Business Partner for one (or two, depending on size) of our Technology Functions you are a fully integrated member of the Global Functional Technology Leadership Team and together with the team you lead/co-lead the HR, People & Culture agenda in alignment with our VCE (Volvo Construction Equipment) Purpose and Philosophy, and Ambitions. You have a responsibility for the people located in Eskilstuna, Sweden, and a global functional HR responsibility as a part for the Tech. Leadership team. This means that you have the full operational, tactical, and strategical HR responsibility locally but also a responsibility to collaborate, share knowledge and insights with HR Business Partners in the functional locations outside of Sweden.
As an organization we are striving towards flatter organization, away from traditional ways of working towards more empowerment and self-organized teams. In your role you will be organized in the function lead by the Head of HR for VCE but the agenda and work will be lead and organized within the scope and responsibility of the Head of HR Technology. The location for this role will be Eskilstuna, Sweden, where a major part of our Technology people is located.
Key focus and contribution:
To guide the Technology function to translate business needs, Our Philosophy, and strategies, into People, Culture and Competence implications and actions.
You will play a key role in the Leadership Teams as well as in our global Technology HR Network. We are a curious team, striving for new innovative way re-think the HR ways of working and we look forward to share and learn from you.
Who are you?
You have several years of experience from developing and driving a holistic HR agenda in a global context.
You enjoy the balance and mix between operational, tactical and strategical focus and enjoy the diversity of topics that this creates
You have a broad knowledge of HR processes connected to Leadership, People and Talent, Performance, D&I, Comp. & Ben, Competence Management, Labour and Union relations etc.
You are HT IT savvy, understand the importance of analysing data to help identify needs and drive actions
You are a collaborator and co-creator, you frequently communicate, actively listens, and foster genuine dialogue with all our different people and stakeholders. You are dynamic and adapt your communication as needed
You build trustful relations, have empathy and true interest in people and business
You are curious to learn new things and you are inclusive and generous in inviting and sharing your learnings and competence with people around you
You drive change with courage and stand up for your values and if needed challenge and disrupt existing structures and views
You are authentic, demonstrates a deep self-awareness and strong inner compass
