The Biomaterials division offers a wide range of pulp qualities to meet the demand from manufacturers of paper, cardboard, tissue, textiles and hygiene products. We maximize the business potential of the sidestreams in our processes, such as tall oil and turpentine from biomass. Our strong innovation work creates potential uses for all fractions of biomass, such as lignin and sugars.
We are looking for a HRBP to our Biomaterials Innovation center. In this role you will work closely with the Biomaterials Innovation leaders to develop and implement people and organisational solutions aligned with the Division business strategy and people priorities.

Profile
We are looking for a senior HR professional with at least 10 years of generalist HR experience with a breadth of HR knowledge from working in international corporations.
As HR Business Partner, you should understand how to integrate people priorities with business strategy. We are looking for someone who is passionate to drive performance, accountability, leadership and culture. A demonstrated level of competence in leadership and organizational development, talent management, and coaching, is required. We see that you have previous experience in Swedish employment law, collective agreements and negotiation processes with unions.

You are proactive, pragmatic and driven to make things happen with a solution- and business-oriented approach. You possess a strategic height and are results driven. You have a passion to coach and challenge and have a growth mindset.
Naturally, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an ability to establish relationships and influence people at all levels and across organizational boundaries. We expect you to be able to communicate fluently in English, other language skills are considered as an advantage.
Responsibilities
· Work actively with employee engagement, leadership development and talent management
· Partner with and coach leaders to facilitate organisation and people development, new ways of working and cultural development, defining desired outcomes - striving for continuous improvements
· Build leadership capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment, supporting the direction of our Division
· As a member of Stora Enso HR community, contribute to development of our overall HR capabilities
