Ericsson Supply Site Kumla is recruiting an HR Business Partner specialized in the Competence Management area. The main responsibility is to drive development and improvement within the Competence Management area. Key responsibility areas: - Advising and supporting managers in competence related issues - Organizing and coordinating training for managers and employees - Developing and working with competence management processes within the organization - Developing the work with strategic competencies - Representing Supply Site Kumla in competence related forums.
