WHAT IS THE ROLE?


The HR Business Partner for Global Marketing, Ownership Experience & Digital Consumer Solutions will


Partner with the CMO, head of Global Marketing, to execute the Global Marketing agenda, identify and build critical capabilities and competence across marketing centrally and globally
Partner with the head of Ownership Experience & Digital Consumer Solutions to further clarify roles, responsibilities and ways of working in cooperation with the Business Areas, and build a talent roadmap for the future
Partner with the head of CX Vision & Innovation on global and BA led initiatives to define a most efficient way to enable true consumer centricity in Taste/Care/Wellbeing visions and strategy, as well as enabling true innovation
Build on the interconnections between Global Marketing, Ownership Experience, Digital Consumer Solutions, the Consumer Experience Areas and Design
Drive alignment with the Business Areas, sharing knowledge and leveraging best practices
Develop a robust structure for continuous capability building




HOW WILL YOU DO THIS?


As a Business Partner, you


Understand the business context, issues and challenges to provide coaching to managers
Use business knowledge to provide effective solutions that align with business goals
Partner with the management team to understand key performance issues, objectives and drivers and their implications for people and organizational strategies




As a Change Champion you

Challenge the status quo, champion new initiatives and act as a catalyst for change that drives continuous improvement in business performance
Coach managers on leading change, engaging employees and effectively building capabilities
Support delivery of the people strategy and drive business results by identifying and developing targeted HR & Organizational Development initiatives






As a Talent Manager and Organizational Designer you

Develop and implement proactive and innovative talent management solutions
Understand and analyze organizational capabilities to proactively develop and implement organizational design and structure improvements
Coach, challenge and support managers in their role on people development and organizational related processes






Providing Tactical and Operational HR Support you

Guide and support leaders on performance management and career development
Administer compensation programs, including annual merit and compensation processes
Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
Consult and assist the business in workforce planning efforts, including interviewing and selection
Support roll out of HR solutions to your units, by engaging stakeholders, challenging and coaching managers to gain buy in
Develop tools in collaboration with Centers of Expertise to maximize opportunities for economies of scale, global consistency and shared learning






WHAT IS YOUR PROFILE?


You have


A university degree in a business or related field
Extensive HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in an international, matrix organization






You demonstrate


Strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
A continuous improvement mindset, pro-active attitude and agility
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building across organizations
Managerial courage to challenge the status quo and have successfully led change initiatives
High levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation)
Ability to balance the strategic and the practical with strong implementation and drive for execution
Sound judgement and decision making
A high tolerance for ambiguity, resilience
A passion for continuous learning
Ability to drive alignment
