We are looking for an HR Business Partner to cover for our amazing HR colleague who will be going on parental leave this summer. You will become a part of a global HR Team who are all striving towards the same goal, to contribute to the greatest i-gaming experience by ensuring LeoVegas is a great place to work.
You will form a part of our Product & Tech organization and report into HR Lead P&T.
This position will be a fixed term contract for one year starting end of May/beginning of June with the possibility to be prolonged.
We trust that you will help us with:
#SUPPORTING OUR LEADERS
Supporting our leaders and employees in HR related matters according to the Swedish labor law as well as form a part of our HR Product & Technology team supporting both our local and global ongoing projects for the year. Continue to help us improve as well as create HR processes and procedures. As an HR Business Partner at LeoVegas you will also help out with different events and training within culture, employer branding and leadership.

Do you have experience in this?
A degree within Human Resources or equivalent is required
Previous experience in a role as HR Business Partner, Adviser or Generalist
We believe you have experience from supporting leaders in various HR related matters according to Swedish labor law
Excellent communication skills in English is required as our company language is english
Previous experience in tech companies or a fast growing international company is considered an advantage
