West Atlantic Cargo Airlines specializes in tailored aircraft solutions for Global Integrators, National Mail Organizations, and other B2B e-commerce suppliers with both ad-hoc and long-term demand for cargo aircraft.
With more than 50 years of continuous operating experience we specialize in wet leasing, ACMI, and full charter services, supporting both local and International customers worldwide.
With a fleet of more than 50 aircraft, which includes the British Aerospace ATP, Bombardier CRJ 200 PF, Boeing 737-300 / 400 / 800 Freighters, and the Boeing 767-200, we presently cover a capacity range from 6.5 to 40 metric tonnes.

Are you the new HR Business partner in West Atlantic Sweden?
Do you have several years’ experience of working with HR Operations and Labour Law, preferably from the Airline industry alternatively from an international company?
We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Business Partner who will support our Scandinavian and European branches in all labour related issues. You will be part of our Swedish HR and Payroll Team located at Malmö Airport. Limited travel must be anticipated since West Atlantic is an international group with crew bases around Europe.
As HR Business Partner at West Atlantic, you will be working closely with the Flight Operations Management Team. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding the organisation and its leaders in people matters, and help the leaders gain further confidence in their leadership roles.
You will also run HR issues from a process and business perspective to develop the company's HR work and meet the departmental goals.
The job:
• HR support to Flight Operation
• Be the company’s representative with the union and national employer organisations
• Negotiate with the Unions and keep up the relationship with the national employer organisations
• Be the company expert on labour law in Scandinavia and our other countries of operation
• Conduct processes and support business development (ongoing and in projects)
Your background:
• A relevant HR degree and/or proven experience comparative to a degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international environment or in the Airline industry
• Excellent working knowledge of Scandinavian Labour Law and familiar with European labour legislations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
• Cross-cultural understanding, an open mind, and a flexible attitude
• Excellent oral and written skills in Swedish and English
• It is an advantage if you have experience with HRM systems
