Our client needs two People Experience HR Business Partners to help their team in the commercial part of the business. In this role you will have the possibility to make a difference and together with the managers and employees, you will set the values and cultures to make the client’s company become a great environment for their talents. The client works in the automotive industry, and at the organization, they are living a moment of commercial transformation related to the relevant online experience of the consumers regarding car ownership. The client has cross-functional teams formed by tech, business, product, and User Experience.
Job Assignments
• As an experienced HR professional, you will handle all people related matters, focusing on supporting the Commercial PX team and the Leaders within the client’s organization on different subjects, as for example, Performance Management, system updates and rehab incidents.
• Lead and training new Managers to embody the leadership of the organization and to represent their people processes and solutions.
• Cooperating with a network of PX Business partners at an international level, as well as central teams, like for example, Company Academy, Labour Affairs, and Workplace Experience.
• Reporting to the Head of People Experience, Commercial Digital, and you will partner with the central PX team (where they work cross-functionally and focus on collaboration).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar background.
• At least a few years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of Swedish labour laws, and a good understanding of progressive HR practices and processes.
• Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
• A can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency and delivery.
• You are recognized as a trusted advisor with high integrity, and you also enjoy building relationships across an entire organization.
• Ability to work independently, and in a structured way.
• It is important that you are flexible, pragmatic and have a strong ability to prioritize your work.
Meritorious
It is a plus if you have experience using SuccessFactors.
