Who you are
You have a strategic end to end thinking, interested in strongly contributing to business success through people, culture and organization. You bring experience with a strong HR background and preferably also building and developing strong agile teams as well as in developing an actionable plan for knowledge management and scaling. Your approach is both coaching and trust inspiring. You comfortable with indirect leadership and working in projects.
About the job
The main purpose of this position is to support and inspire management by pro-actively driving organizational, leadership and competence development to stay competitive and attractive on the people side and to create customer value from an operational, tactical and strategic perspective.
Key tasks:
Part of the management team, contribute towards the strategic and commercial objectives of the BU with main sites in Sweden and Denmark.
Plan and drive the people & culture plan aligned with the business strategy and divisional as well as group people strategy
Driving our knowledge excellence program in the BU
Developing the BU organization towards an agile cross-functional set yp where our people can thrive and business grows
Ensure implementation of relevant Alfa Laval HR processes, tools and analytics
Drive one of our key talent programs across the Energy Division
What you know
To succeed in this position, you:
Bring a bachelor’s degree in combination with solids experience of about 5 years as HR Business Partner acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board
Bring a proven track record in the fundamental HR disciplines
Some experience with agile WoW, org set you and knowledge scaling
Possess an HR toolbox and understanding of people processes such as people and organization reviews and development
Are experienced in driving the people perspective into discussion at management level
Have excellent communication and presentation skills and speak and write English fluently
