We’re now looking for an HR Business Partner to focus on the certain global functions in sales including: Projects and Services, Strategic Relations, and PMO Sales. Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR point of view. This includes supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to setting the HR strategy to support business strategy and growth. You work closely with management team members to design, adjust and execute activities for both day-to-day HR support and new initiation to hire, keep and motivate people for new ways of working, and continue to best support the business in gaining market share.

You’re an active member of the management teams for both Sales HR and the global functions you support. Working location is flexible between any of our global offices or sites worldwide. Frequent international travel approximately one week per month is a natural part of your job to understand and support the team in Europe, Asia and America.
Your profile
We’re looking for you with an extensive and broad background as an HR Manager or from an HRBP role towards senior management teams. We believe that you’ve gained experience from a global and complex setting. You demonstrate skills in change management and strategic work, such as organization design and your working background is backed by a relevant academic degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. This role naturally calls for fluency in verbal and written English.
Your personality truly makes the difference! With your openness and good communicative skills, you easily build relationships with people around you. You’re a true team player who believes that the best solutions emerge when collaborating with others, you also possess a strategical mindset and the ability to work effectively with several tasks at the same time – describing yourself as a real doer!
