We are hiring a HR Business Partner for the Grid Integration organization within Hitachi Power Grids. In this role you will work with our GPG for Service & Competency Management engineering.
Your responsibilities
Taking ownership of strategic management within your area by setting and implementing people strategy in the PGGI organization
Designing and implementing organizational structure and principles in line with group/global standards and develop high-performing teams
Building effective performance culture in the organization, implement group/global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
Maintaining close dialogue with Talent & Learning Organization and set and implement strategies and actions to ensure healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization
Determining remuneration competitiveness and compensation components based on business needs and in line with group/global strategy
Deciding on change management needed to support business strategy
Take part of competence development initiatives within the Engineering organization
Coordinate and implement Competence development strategies - functional and general

Your background
HR expert influence and business partner anticipation
Team player and passion for people
Ability to interpret business objectives and assess their impact on HR to propose win-win solutions for collective success
Initiative, drive, and natural trust-building skills
Proven ability to work on a forward-looking or desired outcome basis without possessing all the necessary details, and problem-solving skills
At least eight years of relevant experience
A Master’s degree in HR related field
