HR Business Partner covering Åstorp and Forserum
Are you a self-driven HR Business Partner with hands-on experience?
Do you enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders and thrive on ensuring high-quality data and clear procedures? This is a unique opportunity for you to join our Northern Europe HR team in a key role as HR Business Partner in JELD-WEN Sweden, where you will support the data quality and process optimisation for our 3 sites in Åstorp, Forserum and Huskvarna.
Your role
We are looking for a person who is organised, has strong data management and process implementation skills as well as excellent people skills. You will love supporting a wide range of stakeholders, providing solutions to their everyday challenges and driving value-add process improvements to simplify our ways of working. We expect you to thrive in an engaging and empowering environment with the ability to support and challenge the development of managers and employees at all levels.
Your responsibilities
Ensure the organisational ability to perform and realise JELD-WEN’s global strategy in terms of process and data improvement
Support the implementation of JELD-WEN’s long-range plans, policies and processes in Sweden
Maintain accurate and updated employee records securing high master data and reporting quality - own the information for our 3 Swedish sites ensuring it is reliable, relevant, and up to date at any time
Act as a trustworthy and professional partner to managers supporting them in all employee-related topics throughout the employee life cycle
Handle queries linked to core HR processes; reward, rehabilitation and much more
Provide administrative and coordination support to the other HR Business Partner in Sweden
Comply with Policies and Procedures, including SOX regulations
Participate in HR-related projects at a local and regional level
Take an active role in updating local policies and educating managers
Visit all sites in Sweden on a regular basis
Your skills and experiences
Experience from a similar position with a desire to grow and develop further
An advantage to have worked with compensation survey and pay equality
Experience from implementing and/or working with HR systems – we use SAP HR Success Factors
Strong attention to detail
Proven success in the ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Accustomed to working in an international, fast-paced environment with many various stakeholders and the ability to stay focused on the essentials in projects and deliveries
You are business-oriented and pragmatic, with a proactive and hands-on approach
Resilient personality and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge yourself and your stakeholders
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish as well as English is a prerequisite for this role
