The key responsibilities are: .Set HR business priorities and drive strategic HR initiatives in the line organization .Advise management on people and organizational issues .Support strategic change and organizational development .Roll out global HR processes such as Management Planning, Competence and Resource Management, Individual Performance Management and Dialog .Communicate people strategies and HR processes within the unit .Be an HR consultant with a staffing focus .Have responsibility for union relations within TEMS.Qualification (formal education needed) You should have a university degree or equivalent.Requested competence We are looking for a person capable of providing HR support and driving the implementation of human resource processes based on TEMS' business requirements.
