Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
HR Business Partner, HR People & Culture
Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business driven HR. As a result of the changing environment our area People & Culture is also developing along the way to create a more strategical approach in a global context.
The HR department within People & Culture currently consists of 7 people. Together we work with HR support for People & Culture in Sweden, but also with development projects within P&C at Scania. We are a solution-oriented team with the drive to create the conditions for People & Culture's managers and employees to achieve Scania's business goals by implementing Scania's global P&C initiative and strategy. We also work to promote a high-performance culture and attract and retain our top talents.
The position
As HR Business Partner within People & Culture, you share the HR responsibility with your colleagues and you are independently responsible for your part of the organization. The tasks are both strategic and operational and you act as support to the managers in all HR processes such as competence development, recruitment, labour law, performance management, rehabilitation and organizational development. Since both P&C and Scania’s business is ongoing a transformation, Change Management is a big part of our day-to-day business. We also strive towards a more analytic driven HR support to our managers.
We offer an exciting journey within People & Culture where you – in addition to the above tasks – will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills and work with Scania-wide P&C projects and development areas.
