HR BUSINESS PARTNER / HRBP

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to our client in Gothenburg! Our client is an innovation and technology company. They are at the forefront of mobility solutions, delivering advanced technology in game-changing projects.

As an HRBP you will cooperate with one or several business units. You will work with business leaders and management teams to provide proactive and professional HR support. The role will include a wide range of HR-related questions, so it is important that you are prepared to work both strategically, as well as with daily operations.

Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience from an HRBP role in which you have been supporting managers, business leaders and management teams.
- You have knowledge in Swedish labor law in order to provide advice to managers and leaders.
- You have documented understanding and know-how from labor relations.
- You have experience from working with HR in an international environment.
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish is a plus.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-01-30 with possibility of extension.
