We are now looking for the right person to fill an open position as HR Business Partner in our Human Resources department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an HR Business Partner in Lund, Sweden, you will work in partnership with local business leaders to align HR with business goals and to develop capabilities to support business success. You will be a part of the HR team, supporting problem solving processes together with the other HR roles and establishing a good relationship to the business.

Your role will also be to challenge and coach respective leaders on business and people issues.  You should also remember that our business always should be done in an ethical manner and according to our Core Values.

Your key activities will be:

* Responsible for HR topics from a strategic/operational perspective, e.g.
     - Drives workforce planning and follow up
     - Accompanies organizational changes throughout the
       whole process
     - Consults and supports the line managers in 
       Performance management and Succession planning
       and competence development
     - Together with HR Directors and HR Business 
       Partners develop the future role of an HR Business
       Partner
* Supports line managers in labour law requirements and ensures that respective guidelines are followed.
* Manages the relationship towards our Unions.
* Facilitate and support in working environment related questions/rehabilitation
* Facilitate and support in Recruitment
* Participate in and manage HR-related projects
* Manage compensation and benefit related questions and our yearly salary review.
* Being the bearer of our company culture

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you today are a senior, positive and service minded team player with a passion for HR and the business. You are able to build relationships and influence on every level in the organisation. In order to be successful in this position it’s important that you have courage, are value driven and are able to see the big picture. Furthermore we believe that you are a good listener, have excellent communications skills and that you are pragmatically and grounded as a person.

In addition to above we believe that you have:

*  3+ years’ experience from HR Business Partner role in a changing environment, preferably in an international environment
* Operational experience from all areas of HR work; recruitment, introduction, development, disciplinary issues, outplacement and exits as well as from establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure in accordance with local regulations and labor law. Preferable you have been working with HR questions at least for 7 years.
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
* Graduated in Human Resources Management
