HR Business Partner to JELD-WEN in Forserum and Finland

JELD-WEN seeks an experienced and business oriented HR Business Partner to support our organization located in Forserum and Finland - sales and production. You will contribute to our development by supporting the managers in our change process and be responsible for the implementation of HR solutions that leads to reach our ambitious goals and creates commitment. Are you the one we are looking for?

The Job
As HR Business Partner you are the main driver to deliver HR support in Forserum and Finland. You are, together with our HR organization, responsible for all HR activities such as leadership development, succession planning, change management and legal issues. You will be based in Forserum but will also have to visit our Finnish locations in Kuopio and Vääksy regularly.

You will act as a single point of contact for all HR matters and will be a trusted advisor towards the leaders of the organization with a priority of the business goals. You are a partner between HR, operation and top management. You will be a part of a competent HR team responsible for the development and implementation of the overall HR activities that support the company strategy and challenges. The position reports to the HR Director Northern Europe.

With your experience and professional background within HR you support that the organizational development, employee performance and engagement continuously improve to a higher level. You will independently drive a number of projects.

You will be a strategic partner and work for a positive organizational performance development through recruitment, skills development, review of business KPIs and organizational changes that secure a realization of business strategy and free resources for future growth.

Your profile
It is essential to have strategic HR experience from a business oriented organization; you have a passion for business and people in striving for excellence in processes! You have probably own experience of the role as a leader and knows what a leader has to deal with. You are also a team player that easily develop good relations and have good communication skills.
To be successful you also:
-have experience of negotiations with the union
-are experienced in labor law in Sweden and Finland
-know the Swedish and Finnish culture
-speak fluent Swedish, English and Finnish
