Job Description
As HRBP you will join our Human Resources team in the Nordics where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
In this role, you will be joining the Nordic HR team during an exciting time of transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be accountable for delivering a hands-on, operational end-to-end HR service on the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc across the Nordics.
You will be providing a complete HR generalist service where you will drive best practices, ensuring that process and documentation are being developed and implemented in the best way possible whilst observing local laws and in line with global policies.
As the HR BP, you will provide fundamental contributions to IFS culture and staffing. You will strive for excellence and support the business in delivering people-related processes, vision, and strategy. Driving alignment in support of the wider HR strategy to support business goals.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Manage and support or organizational design with the operations/regional team
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Management across a range of ER issues, managing any complex cases to mitigate risk to the business
Manages union co-operation and H&S work for all Nordic countries - specially focus on Sweden
Work with the leadership team to define a highly business-focused HR plan, translating the outputs into operational actions
Build effective relationships with the operational management and leadership team, demonstrating the business value that can be added by the HR function
Encourage the integration of HR best practices into working practices and business planning
Coach the operational and leadership team, supporting them in developing their capabilities
Drive employee engagement including championing the engagement survey, and ensuring the feedback is turned into tangible actions at business, regional, and market unit levels
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are implemented to the required standard across the business
Support the learning, training, and development agenda; identifying and acting in areas that need attention and improvement; drive high training standards across all divisions, highlighting the need for new training initiatives, where required also to support the design and delivery of them
Undertake talent and succession planning reviews, ensuring that there is a constant drive to raise the levels of capability across the business
Support the salary and bonus review processes
Work with the wider HR function, sharing best practice and supporting HR initiatives
Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
Act as a general point of contact for Managers and Employees for all HR related Operational queries Finland (possibly Denmark)
Work closely with the Market Unit Leaders to ensure that optimal structures and headcount are in place at all times

Additional Information
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months starting beginning of 2023 but with possibility for extention into a permanent role.
