About the position
As our new HR Business North Europe, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. You will partner with management for each region and company, contribute to achieving business results and develop supervisors to attract and retain talents supporting their development.
You will be responsible geographically for the local HR teams in north of Europe which includes both local and remote team management. Alongside with this, you will have tasks such as:
Employment Lifecycle Management
Competence Development Programs
Recruitment support for key positions
Career planning management
Change management

You will be based in our FlexLink premises in Gothenburg, Sweden, and you will be reporting to the HR Director Europe for Coesia.
 
This is you
We believe that you have extensive experience in HR related work. You are a leader with previous experience in team management. You have a strategic and business-oriented mindset and have excellent leadership and management skills. An advantage is if you have experience in working in a matrix organization.
