This is what you’ll be doing
In this role you will be responsible for the HR agenda for Northern Europe focusing on supporting and coaching the managers on daily basis throughout the employee life cycle.
You will be the driver of change within the organization and continuously work to strengthen and develop our culture. You will also take part in identifying and building capabilities and competences so that we can ensure future competitiveness.
As a HR Business Partner you will naturally be a part of the management teams that you support. The role is located in Huskvarna (Sweden) and will report to our Director Northern Europe, with a dotted line to the VP P&O Husqvarna Division. The role will require travel to our Northern European countries.

Understanding the business and how HR makes an impact goes without saying. As we are in the relationship business as HR, your ability to create strong relationships within the organization will be critical.
Qualifications:
University degree within HR Management/Psychology or other relevant field
Fluency in English
Great knowledge in Labor Law for the Northern European countries and negotiations
+ 10 years of HR Business Partner experience (preferably in an international and matrix organization)
Strong change management and project management skills
Digital native in working virtually
Experience from our industry (preferably within sales) and a strong customer mindset
Collaboration and communication is a natural part of your HRBP toolbox
