Within our Offer Management and R&D organization, we’re specialists in modeling of hard materials and the metal cutting process. By combining our shared knowledge, solid product development, innovative ideas and an appetite for digitalization, we enhance our Sandvik Coromant portfolio based on both customer and market needs. To continue evolving our leading position, we’re now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner supporting Offer Management and R&D department.
Your mission
As HR Business Partner, your main mission is to enhance organizational performance, in alignment with business needs and from an HR perspective. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to setting the roadmap for the future and creating the path to increased flexibility in resource management. You develop our strategies related to career paths and the leadership model to ensure competence in a long-term perspective. We seek to build a remarkably positive employee experience, and you will be a key person in triggering the right activities for this. You support managers when implementing change initiatives by offering both expertise and tools. In your work, you ensure compliance with global and local policies and take full ownership of the HR delivery in your area of responsibility by working in close cooperation with our global and local HR organizations to ensure a business close and high quality HR support.
You’ll be part of the management teams for Offer Management and R&D as well as the Global HR Management Team. You report directly to VP HR for Sandvik Coromant and have a dotted line to VP Offer Management and R&D. The location is flexible within Sweden as this is where we have most of our business, while global travel is a natural part of the job.
Your background and profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, preferably from HR, or equivalent knowledge gained through solid work experience. You have experience from various HR assignments and a leading HR role in a large organization, including participation in management teams and from a leadership role in support and/or coaching. Experience from global organizations and a leading HR role within a technical field is advantageous, as is experience from supporting change management. You have good skills in English, in both writing and speaking, while skills in Swedish are a key plus.
