What we are looking for
We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Global Supply Chain HR team in Sweden. If you have a good understanding of Swedish employment law and practices; if among your experiences you have had an opportunity to manage complex HR projects, experience of working in lean environments, and above all you have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills then this might be the right role for you!
Location: This role will be based at our site Örebro and you will be working on hybrid mode. So, you will be working 4 days per week on site and 1 day from home.
Responsibilities
In close partnership with your business leader, propose efficient HR solutions (costs and time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group and Country HR policies.
Contribute to the design of organizations (resources, processes) to suit business challenges
Manage the People aspect of the Schneider Performance System (Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion)
Coordinate, with the site leader, the resources business needs within the framework of the organization
Lead the implementation of change management processes
Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs (Performance & Development Reviews, Global Salary Review, Succession Planning, People Review, engagement surveys etc) are correctly carried out around the company values
Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values)
Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level
Manage labour relations and legal aspects for the site
Contribute to occupational health and wellbeing initiatives
Be responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems
Relevant skills and experiences
5+ years of experience in a related logistics/manufacturing focus HR role
Relevant university degree or similar qualification
Labor law and strong knowledge of Swedish collective agreements
Strong communication and influencing skills are critical in this role
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
