In Linköping, we’re developing our camera systems. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to integration, software and vehicle testing.
What you'll do?
We are looking for an HRBP partnering with our awesome HR team in Linköping and Sweden, being a part of an exciting and dynamic international environment.
In Linköping, where one of our global Development Centers is situated, you will work closely with our Business Leaders on-site in a consultative role around the whole HR spectrum, actively supporting our business both short and long term in areas such as Workforce Planning, Change Management, Team- and Performance Management.
Together with colleagues in HR you will also drive your own projects with the purpose to develop and streamline the HR deliveries at Country level, reporting to HR Country Manager.
What you'll bring:
You are a senior HR-Professional with broad experience in the HR area. We especially appreciate your strong capabilities in HR Digitalization and Communication, but also in People Development and Change Management. With us you will get the opportunity to put your expertise into practice and to develop it further.

Level (diploma) required:
- University degree within Human Resource or equivalent
Other required skills:
- Several years experience within broad qualified HR work
- Experience and skills in facilitating and holding workshops and trainings
- Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We highly value experience from an engineering environment.
Your first months at Veoneer:
