In this position you play a vital role for the strategic development of people and culture in Process Control Platform (PCP).
You will be on top of the HR delivery to local organization, hold a key position in our local management team and drive the People Performance to next level. You are also a vital part of our global HR team driving HR in PCP for the next level.

This position reports to Local Hosting Manager for Process Control Platform, Sweden
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the overall HR performance in the local Process Control Platform organization in Sweden.
You cover a business of approximately 300 employees, including consultants, located either in Västerås or Malmö.
Responsible for implementing HR strategy and plans related to the organization.
Representing HR in the wider business, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance in covering the full HR cycle.
Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on.
Pro-actively working with current and future talents in the business as well as driving Diversity & Inclusion in the organization.
Making sure organization is properly organized and staffed, that talent and competency is maintained, and the future talent pipeline is solid.
Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.
Responsible for labor relations matters within area of responsibility
Your background
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Engineering.
Experience in Human Resource area or as a line manager is advantageous.
Knowledge of Labor relations, in-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law.
You have a proven leadership record, even if in informal leader roles. You act as a role model and present an authentic and trustworthy leadership style.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
You are confident in working independently, taking decisions and push initiatives by yourself. Equally important that you are a team player, thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders and have a proven record of reaching agreements with different stakeholders; organizationally, with leaders, employees, unions and other key parties.
Beneficial if you have experience in working in global organizations and with global leadership relations.
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.
