We’re looking for an HRBP to Sales Area North Europe - one of six Sales Areas of Coromant Sales with 200 plus employees allocated in four markets including Russia, UK and the Nordic market. About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR point of view; including supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to setting the local HR strategy to support business strategy and growth. You belong to both the management team of SANE and the Coromant Sales HR management team and are one of the key persons in sales management. You take full responsibility to design, adjust and execute activities for HR strategy, day-to-day support and for new initiation. You support managers in carrying out change initiatives by offering expertise and tools.

You have one HR professional in the UK reporting into this role as well as one HR professional together with our shared HR Services in Russia who also reports into this role. You report directly to the HRBP of Coromant Global Sales with a dotted line to the Sales Area Manager.

The location for this position is preferably Stockholm, however, we’re open for other locations within northern Europe. Travel is a natural part of the job.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR or management, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience, ideally from a sales organization. You have experience as an HRBP or from a HR Manager position with a successful managerial track record and are skilled in managing stakeholders and involving resources. The ability to work effectively within a matrix and sales organization is a key to success in this role, as is experience from change management. As we interact on the global stage, you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
