HRBP at Scania IT - We drive real change
Dear future member of our HR team,
Let me start by telling you what a brilliant and warm HR team you have the possibility to join. Your role as HRBP
As an HR BP at Scania IT, you develop a resilient organization from a competence, learning, and performing perspective. We are currently looking into how to accelerate our learning culture, reinforce our leadership, and how to support our transformation from data-rich to insight-rich. With several years of experience in a similar broad role, you understand the whole HR ecosystem. You also know that working in management teams and balancing the long-term goals and the short-term operative HR issues is both satisfying and challenging. • can shift between developing strategic initiatives and doing what needs to be done

• you are well-versed in digital tools and have analytical skills

• have a relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
