- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience (10+) of which most gained in a software/digital organization, preferably in multiple companies working with/having implemented agile ways of working

- Preferably successfully navigated large, international and heavily matrixed organizations, worked across cultures, liaised with stakeholders at all levels and aligned conflicting priorities

To make a step change in offering seamless and engaging connected experiences to their consumers when they interact with their appliances, they are creating a brand new organization: the Digital Product Organization. For this major organizational transformation, our client is looking for an agile leader with demonstrated HR transformation experience in the software/digital world. You will play a key role in ensuring this change initiative meets their strategic objectives while maintaining high employee engagement across the entire organization. This role has significant potential for continued permanent employment in this or other parts of the organization. The primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner will be to build the new organization and equip it to deliver on its mission. Activities will span a variety of disciplines in establishing a new agile software product organization, with distinct ways of working, in a traditionally more hardware focused company. Responsibilities will include to develop and implement the organization’s talent acquisition strategy requiring an effective and fast ramp up of a new talent base, to include attracting and onboarding digital product, engineering, and design talent. Develop and implement appropriate organizational design, performance, total rewards, learning and development strategies, applying best practices from the software world while leveraging existing Group-wide programs and initiatives. Coach senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change agent and ambassadors of an agile culture, while bridging and aligning often diverging priorities across teams and business units in the organization. Evaluate and build organizational capability, e.g. perform capability gap analyses, identify competence development needs, and develop bridging programs. Develop and drive change management strategies that maximize adoption of change by the teams, and lead to a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. Build communication and education on agile methodologies which develop a culture of engagement, innovation, and performance. Establish methods, measures and manage analytics to assess organizational effectiveness.
