YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



As HRBP, you have the overall responsibility for all HR activities in the HR Employee Experience cycle (from attracting, recruiting, onboarding, developing to exit) supporting your part of the business. As our HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will contribute strategically and operationally to the business providing functional leadership and HR expertise in all HR working procatively in close collaboration with our leaders and employees.

In addition you will hold an area of responsibility/expertise depending on your preferences and experiences which you continously develop. We also expect you to work with HR trends and metrics and to develop our processes continuously . 

The HR team in Northern Europe (NE) consists of HRBPs supporting various functions and countries in close collaboration with a HR Specialist team supporting the NE region within areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR systems.  


YOUR BENEFITS 

In this role at BSH Home Appliances AB you will join a Nordic team in an international business environment supporting Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltics. You will work in a matrix organization consulting colleagues across the business and be the touchpoint for managers across the business. 

HR in BSH recently started an exiciting transformation journey focusing on what is called One HR aiming to work closer to the buisness with more efficiency enabling the HRBP role to have a more strategic focus as one of its end goals. This will include several projects around process improvments, automation and digitalization in the next years to come, and  various members of the HR team will be partipating.


YOUR PROFILE

Required qulifications for the position are:


• BS degree in Human resources or related field
• Senior working experience as an HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and English

We are looking for a team-player with a strong positive drive and a proactive attitude. You have excellent communication skills, you are service minded and have the ability to build relations. In your work you are pragmatic, effective and structured.

Experience of HR process improvements and restructuring of an HR organization is a merit.
