HR Business Partner till Business Unit, Training and Simulation

One of the Business Units in our Business Area, Training &Simulation, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Huskvarna.



Your role

As HR Manager for Business Unit Training and Simulation, you are overall responsible for the HR function at all our sites. You are expected to drive our people strategy and strategic workforce planning agenda in close cooperation with the business, in order for us to attract, develop and retain the right talents with the right skills for current and future challenges.



The main tasks are:

* Supporting and coaching our managers
* Strategic workforce planning
* Attract and retain people
* Performance and talent management
* Health and Safety
* Leadership, culture and continuous learning
* Budget responsibility for the overall business unit HR cost
* Active participation in the management team and operations board
* Liaising with our international sites



Your profile

We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead the HR function within BU Training and Simulation. You find it inspiring to relate to our mission of keeping people and society safe, and walk the talk regarding our values - Expertise, Trust and Drive.



Required skills:

* Relevant Academic education
* Minimum five years of HRBP experience
* Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Have experience from coaching managers in their staff responsibilities
* Driving license
* Knowledge of Swedish Labor Law
* Proven analytical and people skills



Desired skills:

* Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience of working with Workday
* Experience of working within an international setting
* Experience of leading people
* Change Management



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be a part of Business Unit (BU) Training & Simulation Management Team and Operations Board as well as the Business Area (BA) HR-team and Saabs global HR Community. You will directly report to the Head of Business Unit and in parallel with the BA Head of Human Resources.

BU Training & Simulation develops and manufactures training systems mainly for military users. Our offer is wide ranging and includes the provision of world leading laser simulators for live training, force on target applications, virtual simulation capabilities and training services. Training & Simulation operates globally with more than 650 employees with Head office in Huskvarna and in 20 different sites outside of Sweden.
