HR Business Partner till Outokumpu i Degerfors

​In this role, you are a strategic partner for the global success of our employees. You work closely with the local Management Team in Degerfors and as a part of the Swedish HRBP Team, you are a trusted partner to managers in executive as well as strategic tasks. This includes organizational and leadership development, workforce planning, and collaboration with unions. You will also lead the implementation of our Ways of Working.
In this role, you will report to the Senior HRBP in Degerfors.


Main responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner and advisor for the business
Cooperate with the Senior HRBP to support the site managers
Work with and develop Outokumpu’s HR processes, locally and globally
Facilitate the whole HR lifecycle – from recruitment to off-boarding

To qualify for this role, you will need:
Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
2-3 years of work experience in related fields/roles
Openminded to International projects/assignments and willing to travel
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
