In this role you collaborate and share the responsibility of our HR processes with your colleagues. The HR group at Scania IT includes 10 people. We work in alignment to provide the best possible HR support to Scania management in Södertälje. You also work independently to support assigned tasks as part of the management group. The goal is to transition into a more advisory and strategic partner role with the capability to proactively funnel data into business decisions. Reaching excellent results in people management based on data-driven approach. Additional responsibilities include:
coach managers in their area of responsibility to get desired results from core HR processes.
challenge and drive action when it comes to strategic workforce planning, organizational design (right size, shape, performance & dynamics) and performance management.
bring data and analytics to the table. Put a price tag on challenges and get others involved through engaging communication (storytelling).
follow up and take action when the expected result is not achieved.
coach and challenge managers in their leadership.
consult in change management.
Along with your colleagues in the HR group, you will all drive the HR agenda for your department and be part of a niche lead team where you will take ownership of developing a core HR process.
Qualifications
You have previous experience of working with all HR processes, preferably in a similar role within a global organization
You can work in a consultative way thereby supporting managers’ need to drive business forward.
You already work within change management or find it interesting to lead change. As change is the only constant, both for our organisation and our HR group, you appreciate working with high flexibility, customer focus and a growth mindset.
Communicating in English and Swedish comes naturally to you
You believe in the power of teamwork and curiosity.
You have an academic university degree, preferably in HRM or equivalent.
You are well versed with digital tools and use them to enhance productivity
Learning comes natural to you.
Experience of agile working methods is a merit.
