We have full focus on implementing our new People Strategy and we are now looking for a business-driven HR Business Partner to make a true impact together with the rest of our amazing team. This is a challenge for the true generalist in the HR field, spanning from local to global covering almost all aspects of HR, where you will contribute within your own areas of expertise.

We offer you
You will work close to business, being a part of one or more management teams here at our headquarters. You will also participate in our Global HR meetings, driving your areas of expertise with strategic responsibility for recruitment, employer branding and diversity. You will work strategically and operatively within the whole field of HR, for example support to managers, business development, competence management, employment law, rehab and work environment. You will develop strategies, policies and digital processes and tools. You will be a part of the HR and Communication and will report to the HR & Comp&Ben Manager. Your profile
You have a relevant academic degree within HR or similar, and at least five years of experience from similar roles. You have experience of working with a consultative approach towards managers and you are used to contributing to management teams. You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and you have been working in an international context. Experience for different HR systems, ERP systems etc is vital and you are a keen and updated IT-user. You have an “outside-in” perspective and you know how to take a strategy from idea to fully implemented routine, both locally and globally.
