Do you have previous work experience as HR Business Partner and are you a forward leaning team-player? We are looking for a HR Business Partner for a substitute position to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central station!)
Your role in our team. You are part our department Culture & Communication, a team with different roles within HR and communication, working together to strengthen the employer- and corporate brand and to drive transformation regarding how we do things at Lindex. As HR BP, you support and contribute to the achievement of Lindex business goals and you are an active partner to managers at our head office and are part of management teams for 2-3 departments, to make sure Lindex purpose, vision and culture influence the organisation.

Here are some more examples of what’s included: with your specialist competence you develop and contribute to the employee experience journey, identify development areas, support and coach managers, work with change management and you work with one or more specific HR areas that you develop and plan. As an advisor to managers, you are the expert when it comes to leadership, employee development, labour law and agreements.
This is a substitute position, approximately one year.

University degree within HR or equivalent
Previous work experience as HR Business Partner, where you have worked within both operative and strategic work areas
Work experience within employment law, labour relations, union negotiations
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: work experience from a B2C company within retail
