Job description
In this role you are responsible for all HR related topics at Den Hartogh in Sweden. You provide advice and guidance to both managers and employees on all HR related issues. You report to the Financial Manager in Sweden and also have a strong link to the HR Manager Europe.

Your responsibilities include:

• First line HR contact for managers and employees
• Ensure effective management and administration of HR policies and procedures within the business
• Advise managers on the application of HR activities (e.g. recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, attendance, training and development etc.).
• Support the recruitment activity within the company
• Provide HR statistics and analysis for your area on a regular basis
• Contribute to key HR projects within the Den Hartogh Group
• Maintain professional knowledge and ensure that expertise remains up to date, particularly in labour and social legislation

Your profile
We are looking for you who have studied HR and have a few years working experience within the HR field. We believe you have a good general knowledge of Swedish labour law and also experience of supporting managers and employees.

This is the job for you who are an excellent communicator and like to work with many different people within the organization. We offer you a position where you get a lot of personal responsibility and freedom to plan both your own daily work and also the HR related work at our Swedish office. This requires that you can work independently.

Since you will be working locally at our Swedish office in Gothenburg but within an international organization, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
